Annie, this is a super project. I live in a space about the same dimensions; life is good in small space. Do you know any thing about cork? I am doing a sustainable project in school/designer.
Cork is a great product. Comes in sheets as well as squares. Non toxic install. sed in libraries during the 19th century for silent walking through stacks. Frank Lloyd Wright and case study modernist used it.
