Catching up on your last month or so of postings (as you will see from my much after the fact comments). Anyway- this blog of yours is so great and inspiring for me. And indeed VERY successful at sharing without any undercurrent of consumerism. I really appreciate how you have transitioned from a time/place/mental place when consuming was more focal for you as it was for me too. As I have always admired your voice anyway- C+B is like the best of great seminars, great exhibits, great issues and editorial without the pomp and circumstance! THANKS ANNIE! and congrats again!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08460617169552540297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4291348413101221360.post-59576822647920510672009-04-23T10:14:00.000-05:002009-04-23T10:14:00.000-05:00Thank Amy, I really admire your work.Thank Amy, I really admire your work.Annie Cogganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16073784571997777713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4291348413101221360.post-61461662752324037772009-04-22T17:59:00.000-05:002009-04-22T17:59:00.000-05:00congratulations! i've been checking in for awhile...congratulations! i've been checking in for awhile, and am appreciative of the thinking and making rather than buying aspect of your blog. as one whose practice is historically about thinking and making, but currently also concerned with buying (or selling, as the case may be), i enjoy the presentation of ideas rather than commerce.

you've left the city and it's all OK! good for you!

thanks for putting it out there.amy helfandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01615531204756833981noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4291348413101221360.post-64346054410274452412009-04-20T07:43:00.000-05:002009-04-20T07:43:00.000-05:00Thanks Dp......And all the C+C alumni club who rea...Thanks Dp......And all the C+C alumni club who read C&B.Annie Cogganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16073784571997777713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4291348413101221360.post-56327527073485686092009-04-19T22:51:00.000-05:002009-04-19T22:51:00.000-05:00Congratulations on one fine year of getting into t...Congratulations on one fine year of getting into the blogging thing! All of this from someone who (sometimes gleefully) used to refer to herself as a 'technocrud'. I have enjoyed your phenomenal eye and catalog of objects, methods, colors, history, and most of all your au-courant (often prescient) wisdom on all things design.
Lately, I have particularly enjoyed 'building surface 2', 'building gymnastics', and 'building movement'. Light touches work; we get insight into how you think and operate but can still think and operate for ourselves.
I look forward to many years to come!
Bravo!dphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12533880211804588189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4291348413101221360.post-7557247879132682062009-04-19T22:49:00.000-05:002009-04-19T22:49:00.000-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.dphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12533880211804588189noreply@blogger.com
